Ingredients 1 lt prickly pear juice ½ cup of fresh lemon juice ½ cup of water ½ cup of sugar ¾ of teaspoon salt Ice and lime for serving Instructions After you clear the needles from cactus leaves, you add salt and pepper, then coat the leaves with olive oil. At the end fry the leaves at grill. (Optionally you can cut the leaves into small cubes)
